Latin American Distributor Award presented to Lentech Ltda

During the AAO in New Orleans (november 2007), the Latin American distributor Award was presented to Mr. Juan Carlos Vidal, General Manager of Lentech Ltda our distributor for Colombia and Ecuador.

At this year's AAO in New Orleans OPHTEC organized two events for its Latin American customers: A Latin Distributor Meeting on Saturday and the Artisan/Artiflex Latin Users Meeting on Sunday.
The Artisan/Artiflex Latin Users Meeting was attended by doctors from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Venezuela, and Ecuador. The speakers were: Prof. Marinho (Portugal), Dr. Srur (Chile), Dr. Izquierdo (Peru) and Dr. Güell (Spain). All presentations were in Spanish. It was the first time OPHTEC organized a meeting for Latin American doctors only and we were happy to see that this initiative was so well received.
