During the Artisan/Artiflex training course (AXTC), held in Groningen 5/6 June, 15 eye surgeons were trained how to implant the iris fixation (P)IOLs.

Dr. Katz, Medical Director of Care Vision and eyesurgeon of the Universitäts- Augenklinik in Hamburg, was guest lecturer during this trainings course. He taught the participants the skills of the implantation technique in an inspiring way. The majority of the participants stated that they would start Artisan/Artiflex implantations before the end of this year.
