Dr Oliveira is head of the Cornea Department of Centro Hospitalar Universitario (CHUP) where he works as a cornea and refractive surgery specialist. Also, he is the head of the Portuguese Group for Cataract and Refractive Surgery (CIRP) of the Portuguese Ophthalmology Association for the 2019-2020 biennium.
