## Erwin Is Here

Ophthalmology is in our DNA. Ever since our very first start, we strive to develop ingenious product and solutions. To find new and better ways. To innovate. Not for the sake of it, but to truly help doctors do their best job possible for their patients. This spirit guides us for 4 decades.

Helping surgeons with complex cases and come up with the best possible solution for their patients. Those are the most rewarding moments for Erwin Bouwman and his team.  As manager of the Clinical Research Department, Erwin works closely together with surgeons around the globe. To collaborate in clinical studies, to share clinical knowledge and to support with lens calculations.

Watch Erwin's talk on this collaboration, building a relationship and one of the best experiences in his job.
